Binding-Type Rockfall Protection Net
Using a central connecting plate, the wire ropes are arranged to form a star-shaped impact absorption unit.
01
Method Overview
This method forms a star-shaped impact absorption unit by connecting wire ropes through a central fixing plate.
The unit is tightly anchored to the slope using rock bolts (anchoring wedges), and the spring-integrated net rings provide excellent shock absorption.
Additionally, it can be combined with standard rockfall protection nets, offering enhanced versatility and safety performance.
02
Features & Benefits
The wire ropes are arranged at relatively close intervals, maximizing impact absorption in the event of rockfall.
By integrating the installation with rock bolts, the system provides sufficient resistance to rockfall loads, effectively preventing bulging or deformation caused by impact.
The shock absorption spring releases from its constrained state under a certain level of force, thereby mitigating the impact.
The slope-anchoring wedge system ensures close contact with the slope surface, enhancing the load-bearing capacity against rockfall impacts.
Manufactured in the factory according to site conditions and assembled on-site using turnbuckles, allowing for easy and efficient installation.
Can be easily connected to existing rockfall protection nets (3×3), enabling convenient partial reinforcement.
